The Which Marina? Stand enjoyed a Positive Audience 01-02-2008
Another successful opportunity for TYHA members has taken place! TYHA had a very positive audience at the 2008 Collins Stewart London Boat Show providing a bespoke Marina Stand which offered cost effective participation at the Show for TYHA Members. The Stand provided a ‘one stop shop’ for Show goers who required information on where to berth their boats.

TYHA had been allocated a 155m2 of space in a good location in the North hall. Once again Simon Jordon and his team from Evolution FX excelled themselves in building an extremely professional looking stand which certainly had the wow factor.

The concept of the Which Marina? Stand is for marina companies to take display areas as units of space 1m wide x 2m tall, together with brochure holders, break out seating areas, storage, reception, small meeting room and coffee area. Those Members who took part in 2008 had the opportunity of assisting with the manning of the Stand, directed by our Stand Manager Sarah Hanna from ABP Lowestoft Haven Marina, with the help of the TYHA Chairman, Sam Bourne; TYHA Secretary, Sue Lambert; and Gold Anchor Assessors, John Turgoose and Roger Granger.

All Members were invited to join in a Stand Party on the late night – Thursday 17th January 2008, to which many attended and enjoyed the hospitality.
